To drive towards productive communication in all levels of leadership, starting with self-talk and ending with far-reaching organizational impact while empowering leaders to lead with humble ambition!
My goal is to help you re-imagine. With extensive on-the-job-coaching experience and a PCC credential (Professional Certified Coach) through the International Coach Federation (ICF), my individualized positive psychology approach will help you attain your goals for both personal and the professional discovery and development through mindset shifts, awareness awakening, and getting out of your own way.
Empowering individuals through permission not to underestimate themselves in their leadership capabilities and beyond! I offer support to leaders in growth through perspective offering, awareness awakening, and personal ownership around who they are and what they bring. As a skilled and experienced Leadership and Professional development coach, I have the tools and understanding to help you live the vision you imagine and get a renewed sense of self in YOUR big picture and beyond.
Committing to a leadership and professional development plan is just that... a commitment, and it’s a big one that will take a lot a dedication and determination. My commitment is to assist you in making a plan, ask you hard questions, and offer a deep level of support.
I have a 18+ year history in professional development and over 2,000 coaching hours behind me. I have always truly loved being part of the process of others finding their focus, growth areas, and owning their impact. Everyone has specific areas where they excel and draw from their natural strengths, but sometimes those strengths can be hard to find. It is my absolute pleasure to be able to help people in this area.
As an avid reader and learner, I bring in resources, models, and multiple perspectives into each conversation. I am driven by facts, data, process, psychology, sociology, business, family, and learning.
I hold my PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation and is not only bound by the ICF code of ethics, but also personally values ethics immensely. Currently, I am working towards my next (and highest offered) level of international certification (MCC) which means I am an avid student who values the process of getting the accreditation more than holding the accreditation. I have studied psychology, sociology, neuroscience, sales methodology, coaching, and learning philosophies.
I hold accreditations through the Center for Creative Leadership's leadership assessment suite and am a certified facilitator of DISC, Driving Forces, and EQ through TTI Success Insights. I love using these scientific tools with individuals, partners, teams, and organizations to highlight areas of strength, growth, differences, and communication obstacles. I hold a BS in Criminal Justice, with focuses in Psychology, Social Work, and Music from Carroll University. I coach individuals, teams, and facilitate group/cohort learning. Some of my parters are Lead Belay, Sounding Board, and the ICF-Colorado.
I love the outdoors, family, camping, exercise, music, theater, skiing, travel, and anything involving time with my kids. I'm a Colorado native currently living just south of Denver, CO with my husband, our two children, and dog.
I am so very grateful to be in a position where I can truly help people and am forever excited to see what the future holds!
I want to empower you to be your best self in all aspects of life. I provide friendly and constructive nudges, coming from a judgement-free mindset, to help you reach your full potential.
What you'll need:
I will help you realize your goals and guide you through sketching out a roadmap to not only reach them but accomplish much more.
Life can be stressful. I want to give you the path and tools you need to maximize your personal and professional relationships, and how to give yourself the time you deserve.
I can support you, through judgement-free awareness, in finding and staying on your path. By building a trusting coaching relationship with my clients, I help them stay motivated and on-task, helping them clarify and move toward their long term far-reaching goals.
Every client jointly signs a commitment agreement with me. I set the terms of the agreement to fit your individual goals and plans. I work with successful individuals who want more out of their current work-lives or want to think through changes. The end goal: do the work it takes to get you to a place where you don't need me.
In this session, we will get an idea of how well we work together and what our next steps should be from there. This is a NO pressure zoom conversation to assess needs, understand current challenges, and assure that working together makes sense.
